How billing works
An active recipient is someone you message in a given month — so your bill tracks the value you get, not a seat count or a per-text meter. Every plan comes with unlimited team members, so we never charge per seat. Each plan bundles an SMS allowance; beyond it, extra messages are charged at a simple per-segment rate.
All plans guarantee UK data residency.
